Send a general inquiry
Questions about FG Labs, its projects, press, or anything that does not fit a technical support ticket go to the new inquiries inbox.
Ask for product support
Use the form for installation questions, backup workflow support, or issues that should not be public. You can also write directly to support@fglabs.dev.
Discuss a collaboration
For integrations, open-source collaboration, partnerships, contributor proposals, or other project-to-project work, use the collaboration inbox.
Send a crash report
Use the dedicated crash-report inbox for reviewed crash reports and crash-related follow-up. VaultSync never sends a crash report automatically.
Review source and releases
Project repositories contain source code, release history, documentation, and implementation details.

Send enough context for a useful reply.
