A small lab,
not a trophy shelf.

Every page here has a job: show what exists, where it stands, who it helps, and where the source or playable build lives.

Desktop tools and release systems

Tools for local files, backups, releases, and project state. The goal is simple: make important workflows visible, repeatable, and recoverable.

VaultSync

Software

A backup and sync tool built for real project folders, not generic file dumping.

VaultSync is the most complete thing I have out right now. It handles backups, snapshots, sync jobs, and restore checks without getting in the way of day-to-day work.

Blueprints

Software

A local-first release planning app built around versions, changelogs, and signed project data.

Blueprints is still early, but the direction is clear: a release planning tool that feels built for shipping software instead of filling out another generic board.

Mechanic-first playable work

Small games and prototypes where the mechanic has to stand on its own. No long design pitch first; if it is here, there is something to try.

Fusion Grid

Play

A puzzle game that starts from 2048 and twists it with operators, blockers, and harder tradeoffs.

Fusion Grid is the first proper game prototype on the site. It began as one mechanical idea and turned into something I want to keep pushing.
